for Coaching Programs

  • We will discuss the price of the IGNITE program during your consultation call.

  • Around 4-5 hours per week.

    These hours will be spent:

    • Meeting with me

    • Attending office hours (weekly)

    • Corresponding with me in chat

    • Working on your job search (submitting applications, networking, and interviewing)

    • Completing training modules (videos, worksheets, activities)

  • If your financial situation is tight, we can explore flexible payment options together. We can do this during your consultation call, if needed.

    There are several books, blogs, YouTube videos, and other free/inexpensive resources available to you for career help. However, what makes the Rock & Secure Coaching Programs different, is that you don’t have to become the expert. You will be able to rely on my expertise to give you the completely customized assistance you need. You don’t have to spend hours weeding through the massive amounts of the content that is available online. Instead, I do the heavy lifting, so that you can learn and improve your professional skills faster and more efficiently.

    My coaching programs are not just “products”. These programs are an investment in yourself. You will learn skills that you can take with you for the rest of your career. What you learn in the program won’t just help you with your immediate goals, but any future goals!

  • To get started, book a complimentary consultation with me here.

    • In this consultation, we’ll discuss your goals so that I can determine how/if I can be of assistance to you

    • If we are aligned and you become a client, you will then sign your client contract and process payment

    • After your contract is signed and payment is received, you’ll complete an onboarding form to outline the specific goals you have within the program

    • We’ll also have an onboarding session before your official coaching sessions begin- to ensure that you’re fully set up and ready to go

    You’ll be able to contact me at any point in your journey of getting started if you have questions or need assistance.

  • Yep!

    During your initial call, you and I will set a realistic goal date for securing a job offer. If you don’t get an offer within 90 days of that goal date, I’ll give you your money back under the condition that you are executing the program at 90% or higher.

    Specific details on refunds are outlined in the client contract.

  • Nope!

  • We will perfect and enhance your resume and cover letter, but I do not write resumes and cover letters, you are expected to write your own.

    If you are looking for a resume writer, I highly recommend Steph, from Off the Clock Resumes.

  • If you’re planning to do our sessions on your phone, please download the zoom app for ease of use.

    If you’re planning to do our sessions on a Laptop/PC, downloading the zoom app is not required, but highly recommended.

    You will not need to create or pay for a zoom account in order to participate in the zoom sessions.

  • Yes, at this time zoom is the platform I use for my virtual meetings. I do not offer other mediums such as teams, google meet, etc., at this time. Thanks for your understanding!

  • In order to give you the best coaching, I’ll need to be able to see you- so I do not offer phone-call sessions.

    In-person sessions may be available depending on your location. Please be advised that in-person sessions will be of a higher cost. If you’re interested in in-person coaching, please note this during your consultation, which you can book here.

  • We will schedule our sessions in your onboarding call, but you have full control of your own sessions! I use a great scheduling tool called Calendly. On Calendly, you can schedule, reschedule, or cancel your own appointments. I find that this is the easiest way for us to coordinate our schedules.

for Purchasing Products

  • You will process payments right here on the website. Payments for digital products are processed through Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards.

  • Due to the nature of the products being digital products, there are no refunds. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Delivery of your digital product is described on the product page.
